TotalQueue Software System Overview

TotalQueue Software allows you to download and install the software, test out the functions before you make a purchase for the Perpetual License Key. The software runs on the client LAN.

There are 4 major separate components for the TotalQueue Software System:
  1. Customer Queue Overview Screen
  2. Print Queue Ticket Screen
  3. Call Next Customer Module
  4. System Management

Customer Queue Overview Module
Customer Queue Overview Screen

The TV Screens that lets customers see their current queue status being served in the system. This TV Screen or PC Monitor screen can also be used to serve as a digital signage and show display advertisements or videos.



Print Queue Ticket Screen Module
Print Queue Ticket Screen

This is the welcome greeting and starting point for your customers. The customer can select the Service(s) needed to start the queue process and to print the Queue Number paper tickets.



Call Next Customer Module
Call Next Customer Module
Use this module for the Tellers or Operators to call the next customer. Each Teller is mapped to a specific Counter number, and the system automatically routes the customer in queue to the next available Teller.


System Management Module
System Management

The System Administration module allows the Admin account to configure various settings for the TotalQueue System. You can configure the TotalQueue System to best fit your organization's workflow process. Various system reports and user reports are generated using this System Administration module.
