Online Portal Queue Ticket Process - Paperless Workflow

Using a smart phone, the customer will need to scan on a QR Code located in each Branch:

  1. Step #1 Customer scans a QR Code to join the queue for the Branch.
  2. Step #2 The Customer can also go to the Company website and click on the link to join the queuing page and input her details.
  3. Step #3 Customer selects the Service she wants to join the queue for. The current number of waiting customers are shown, and also the estimated waiting time for the Service.
  4. Step #4 The system confirms the queue ticket. The Customer can monitor her queue position in real time and manage her time as she goes to the Branch to join the queue.



Saves on the waiting time for the Customers since she can start on her queue position while still on the way to the Branch, greatly improves on the level of customer service.
